Termos de Uso
Estes termos são as regras do jogo BoltSort: Ordenar Porcas (iOS e Android), publicado pela marca Kitly App, de [NOME COMPLETO OU EMPRESA], com [residência / sede] em Portugal (“nós”).
1. Aceitação e idade mínima
Ao usar o jogo, aceita estes termos e a Política de Privacidade. Se não concordar, não use o jogo. Tem de ter pelo menos 13 anos; o jogo não se destina a crianças.
2. Licença e direitos de autor
Damos-lhe uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva, intransmissível e revogável para instalar e jogar o BoltSort num dispositivo seu. O jogo, incluindo o código, o design, os níveis, os sons, os textos e o nome, pertence à Kitly App. Não o pode copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender ou fazer engenharia inversa, exceto quando a lei o permitir.
3. Moedas e boosters
- As moedas e os boosters são virtuais: não têm valor monetário, não podem ser trocados por dinheiro nem transferidos para outra pessoa ou outro dispositivo.
- Ficam guardados apenas no seu dispositivo. Não há contas nem cópia na nuvem, por isso perdem-se se desinstalar a app, mudar de telemóvel ou apagar os dados da app.
4. Compras na app
- “Remover anúncios” e “Pack inicial” são compras únicas (não consumíveis). O benefício de jogar sem anúncios pode ser restaurado noutro dispositivo com a mesma conta da loja em Loja → Restaurar compras. As moedas e os boosters incluídos no Pack inicial são entregues uma única vez e não são repostos ao restaurar.
- Os pacotes de moedas são consumíveis: as moedas são entregues uma vez e não podem ser restauradas.
- Os pagamentos são processados pela App Store (Apple) ou pela Google Play, e aplicam-se também as regras dessas lojas. Os pedidos de reembolso seguem as regras da loja onde comprou, sem prejuízo dos seus direitos como consumidor.
5. Anúncios
O jogo tem anúncios, incluindo anúncios entre níveis e anúncios com recompensa. A recompensa só é dada se o anúncio com recompensa for visto até ao fim. A disponibilidade de anúncios não é garantida.
6. Batota
É proibido modificar a app, usar ferramentas para alterar o jogo ou explorar falhas para obter moedas, boosters ou compras sem pagar. Podemos corrigir ou anular os benefícios obtidos dessa forma.
7. O serviço
O jogo é fornecido “tal como está” e “conforme disponível”. Podemos alterá-lo, suspendê-lo ou terminá-lo, e não garantimos que funcione sempre sem interrupções ou erros.
Na medida máxima permitida pela lei portuguesa, não somos responsáveis por danos indiretos nem pela perda de progresso, moedas ou boosters guardados no dispositivo. Nada nestes termos limita a responsabilidade que a lei não permite limitar, nem os seus direitos como consumidor.
8. Alterações a estes termos
Podemos atualizar estes termos; a data no topo indica a versão em vigor. Quando a alteração for importante, informamos os jogadores antes de ela entrar em vigor.
9. Lei aplicável e tribunais
Estes termos regem-se pela lei portuguesa e os litígios são resolvidos nos tribunais portugueses, sem prejuízo dos direitos que a lei do seu país de residência lhe dá como consumidor.

These terms are the rules of BoltSort (iOS and Android), published under the Kitly App brand by [FULL NAME OR COMPANY], [resident / registered] in Portugal (“we”).
1. Acceptance and minimum age
By using the game you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. You must be at least 13 years old; the game is not directed at children.
2. Licence and copyright
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play BoltSort on a device you own. The game, including its code, design, levels, sounds, texts and name, belongs to Kitly App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows.
3. Coins and boosters
- Coins and boosters are virtual: they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person or device.
- They are stored only on your device. There are no accounts and no cloud backup, so they are lost if you uninstall the app, change phone or clear the app's data.
4. In-app purchases
- “Remove ads” and “Starter pack” are one-time purchases (non-consumable). The ad-free benefit can be restored on another device with the same store account in Shop → Restore purchases. The coins and boosters included in the Starter pack are delivered once and are not given again on restore.
- Coin packs are consumable: the coins are delivered once and cannot be restored.
- Payments are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, and their rules also apply. Refund requests follow the rules of the store where you bought, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
5. Ads
The game shows ads, including ads between levels and rewarded ads. The reward is only given if the rewarded ad is watched to the end. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
6. Cheating
You may not modify the app, use tools to alter the game or exploit bugs to get coins, boosters or purchases without paying. We may correct or cancel benefits obtained this way.
7. The service
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or end it, and we do not guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors.
To the fullest extent allowed by Portuguese law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of progress, coins or boosters stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in force. If a change is significant, we will inform players before it takes effect.
9. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Portuguese law and disputes are settled by the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
